Circle 1 (Jan 21): Birth Stories with Jenna Arsenault, RN, MSW, PCD(DONA) postpartum doula.

Circle 2 (Jan 28): Sleep & Feeding with Jenna Arsenault, RN, MSW, PCD(DONA) and Mandy Owens

Circle 3 (Feb 4): Activity Time/Baby’s Development with Kristin Dunning, PT, DPT from Coastal Play 2 Grow Therapy

Circle 4 (Feb 11): Postpartum Emotions with postpartum mental health specialist, Laura Sullivan, MA LPC

Circle 5 (Feb 18): Self-Care, Pelvic Floor Health + Returning to exercise w/ Karen Winter from SHIFT Pilates

Circle 6 (Feb 25): Social circle

*Specialists might change due to availability, but there will be a postpartum doula and/or specialist at every session.
