Upcoming Circles in New York City
Circles are small, in-person groups of 6-12 moms, led by a postpartum doula, designed to support parents with babies 0-3 months old through expert guidance, shared experiences, and meaningful connections.
Choose a Circle that starts shortly after your due date or baby’s birth—don’t worry, you can adjust the date if your plans change!

Meet our New York City team
Lindsay Doyle
Lindsay Doyle is a sleep consultant and co-founder of Off to Sleep Strong. She lives in Old Greenwich, Connecticut with her husband, three kids, a labradoodle, and a cat—so she truly understands the realities of busy family life. Lindsay helps families navigate baby and toddler sleep with a calm, practical, and supportive approach. She believes there’s no one-size-fits-all solution and works closely with parents to create routines that feel realistic, sustainable, and aligned with their values. When she’s not working with families, you’ll usually find Lindsay in the kitchen cooking or baking, outside soaking up fresh air, or at the beach with her family.
Emily Falber
Emily Falber is a licensed clinical social worker in private practice, where she provides psychotherapy to children, adults, and families. She holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work and specializes in maternal mental health, pregnancy and postpartum, parenting, and early childhood development.
Emily is passionate about supporting women through the transition to motherhood and believes that new mothers deserve a space where they can feel understood, connected, and cared for as they navigate the joys and challenges of early parenthood. She is also a certified infant mental health specialist and is dedicated to fostering strong parent-child relationships while creating a nurturing environment for both mothers and their babies.
Based in New York City with her husband and young son, Emily is excited to bring her warm, compassionate, and collaborative approach to the CircleMoms community and help mothers build meaningful connections during the early months of parenthood.
Upcoming Community Events
In addition to our Circles, we host local events. These gatherings are a great way to meet other parents, explore new topics, and connect with our broader community.
