Meet our Scarsdale, New York team
Lindsay Doyle
Lindsay Doyle is a sleep consultant and co-founder of Off to Sleep Strong. She lives in Old Greenwich, Connecticut with her husband, three kids, a labradoodle, and a cat—so she truly understands the realities of busy family life. Lindsay helps families navigate baby and toddler sleep with a calm, practical, and supportive approach. She believes there’s no one-size-fits-all solution and works closely with parents to create routines that feel realistic, sustainable, and aligned with their values. When she’s not working with families, you’ll usually find Lindsay in the kitchen cooking or baking, outside soaking up fresh air, or at the beach with her family.
Aly Leventhal
Aly Leventhal is a certified sleep consultant and co-founder of Off to Sleep Strong, a sleep consulting business dedicated to helping families create strong, healthy sleep foundations that actually last. With a Master’s degree in Social Work, she blends evidence-based strategies with a compassionate, whole-family approach—because great sleep isn’t one-size-fits-all. Based in Cos Cob, Greenwich, Connecticut, she’s a mom of two, wife, avid runner, and proud Indiana Hoosiers fan. She’s passionate about empowering parents with the tools, confidence, and support they need to reclaim restful nights and thriving days.
Upcoming Community Events
In addition to our Circles, we host local events. These gatherings are a great way to meet other parents, explore new topics, and connect with our broader community.
