Who: Postpartum moms who gave birth in January 2024, February 2024, March 2025 and the first part of April 2025. Though babies are not required to attend, they are encouraged!

Dates: Circle meets 1x a week for 6 weeks on Tuesdays.

Circle 4 (May 13): Postpartum Emotions with postpartum mental health specialist.

Circle 5 (May 20): Self-Care, Pelvic Floor Health + Returning to exercise, led by Dr. Danielle Drobbin, Chiropractor and Founder/Owner of Midtown Family Wellness (Atlanta/Roswell)
