Circle 4 (Jan 30): Postpartum Emotions with postpartum mental health specialist.

Circle 5 (Feb 6): Self-Care, Pelvic Floor Health + Returning to exercise w/ Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist

Circle 6 (Feb 20): Creating an Environment for Language Learning with speech language pathologist Laurabeth Arvison Bucur. Partners are welcome for this session.
