Dates: Circle meets 1x a week for 6 weeks on Wednesdays.

Circle 1 (March 12): Birth Stories with Penny Gilchrist, postpartum doula for over 25 years in Atlanta.

Bonus Specialist Visit from Ashley Brooks MOT, OTR/L, BCPR, CHT to discuss baby Care Ergonomics. Learn practical strategies for protecting your arms and body while caring for your baby, and discover effective methods to manage and relieve pain when it arises.

Circle 3 (March 26): Self-Care, Pelvic Floor Health + Returning to exercise, led by Dr. Amy Meehan, PT, DPT, MTC, Founder and Physical Therapist of Revelle Physical Therapy

Circle 4 (April 2): Postpartum Emotions with Cassie Owens, LPC, PMH-C, licensed professional counselor with a certification in perinatal mental health(PMH-C) and the founder of Womens Wellness Group of Dunwoody.

Circle 5 (April 9): Activity Time/Baby’s Development with Dr. Brittany Zis PT, DPT, C/NDT

Circle 6 (April 16): Creating an Environment for Language Learning with speech language pathologist Laurabeth Arvison Bucur. Partners are welcome for this session.
