Who: Postpartum moms who gave birth in December 2024, January 2024, February 2025 and the first part of March 2025. Though babies are not required to attend, they are encouraged!

Dates: Circle meets 1x a week for 6 weeks.

March 12, March 19, March 26, April 2, April 9 and April 16.

Circle 1 (March 12): Birth Stories with Penny Gilchrist, postpartum doula for over 25 years in Atlanta

Circle 2 (March 19): Sleep & Feeding with Penny Gilchrist, postpartum doula for over 25 years in Atlanta

Circle 3 (March 26): Activity Time/Baby’s Development with Dr. Brittany Zis PT, DPT, C/NDT

Circle 4 (April 2): Postpartum Emotions with postpartum mental health specialist.

Circle 5 (April 9): Self-Care, Pelvic Floor Health + Returning to exercise w/ Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist

Circle 6 (April 16): Creating an Environment for Language Learning with speech language pathologist Laurabeth Arvison Bucur. Partners are welcome for this session.

*Specialists might change due to availability, but there will be a postpartum doula and/or specialist at every session.
