Who: Postpartum moms who gave birth in November 2024, December 2024 or January 2025, (or moms who are due early February 2025). Though babies are not required to attend, they are encouraged! We encourage you sign up in advance of giving birth as our circles regularly sell out. If you end up delivering early, late or any issues arise, we are happy to move you to another circle pending availability. It is always better to book early and push out to a later circle as there is likely more flexibility with future circles.

Dates: Circle meets 1x a week for 6 weeks.

Circle 3 (Tuesday, February 18): Activity Time/Baby’s Development with Dr. Brittany Zis PT, DPT, C/NDT

Circle 4 (Tuesday, February 25): Postpartum Emotions with Carly Sonenshine, LCSW. She specializes in maternal mental health and is also a Perinatal Mental Health Trained Provider by PSI (Postpartum Support International.

Circle 5 (Tuesday, March 4): Self-Care, Pelvic Floor Health + Returning to Exercise, led by Dr. Amy Meehan, PT, DPT, MTC, Founder and Physical Therapist of Revelle Physical Therapy

Circle 6 (Tuesday, March 11): Transitions with Feeding and Going Back to Work for Breastfeeders AND Formula Feeders (and of course, combo feeders) - Discussion on wearable pumps, bottle nipple size and how to know when to change, pumping schedules, starting solids, new caregivers, weaning, and so much more. This session will be led by Breastfeed Atlanta.
